Arriving in good time
During the festive season in December, traffic tends to get heavily congested in Ljubljana. Visitors are advised to leave home earlier than usual to avoid arriving late.
The present-day world offers a myriad of possibilities, granting desires, accommodating aspirations towards success and achievement, but it is also a world of shadows, growing despair, numbness and vacuity.
Most of us are mentally sane but this doesn’t mean that we are satisfied, fulfilled or happy. Everyday reality often makes us lose touch with ourselves, our self-awareness, our life’s goals, our needs.
The presentation will aim to offer some solutions for leading a full, present and genuine life. The key element in this endeavour is the power of mindfulness, which can importantly contribute to good mental health and is a prerequisite to change, personal growth and development.
Po izsledkih raziskav vemo, da pomeni gradnja pozitivnih duševnih stanj velik prispevek za naše duševno počutje in kakovost življenja ter da lahko zelo veliko pri tem naredimo tudi sami – z iskanjem in razvijanjem notranjih virov in moči.
V predavanju bomo raziskovali, kako lahko razvijamo polno, prisotno in pristno življenje. Kot ključno bomo izpostavili moč čuječnosti, ki lahko pomembno pripomore k dobremu duševnemu počutju ter je lahko pomemben predpogoj za spremembe, osebnostno rast in razvoj. Poleg tega pa bomo govorili tudi o sočutju (do sebe), predanosti, umirjenosti, pogumu in številnih drugih notranjih bogastvih.
Mag. Maja Bajt je psihologinja, že več kot desetletje zaposlena na področju promocije duševnega zdravja. Je tudi predavateljica na fakulteti, izvajalka na čuječnosti temelječih delavnic in programov, študentka psihoterapije, žena in mama, v prostem času pa strastna bralka, ljubiteljica narave in večna učenka, iskalka, raziskovalka. Prizadeva si k temu, da je njeno življenje 3P: polno–prisotno–pristno.
